Sachse Construction has completed more work at One Campus Martius (OCM), formerly known as the Compuware Building, than any other Construction Manager in the last 15 years.

In 2010, Quicken Loans relocated its world headquarters to One Campus Martius in downtown Detroit. The project's first phase consisted of the demolition and buildout of over 250,000 square feet, spread out over four floors. Since the original project, Sachse Construction has also built out mothers' rooms on the eighth, ninth, and twelfth floors for Quicken Loans and built out Bedrock Detroit's Executive Suite on the 10th floor. The project with Bedrock incorporated high-end finishes with private offices and conference space. Between Quicken Loans' Headquarters, Meridian Health Plan Headquarters, Bedrock's Executive Suite, Rock Ventures, StockX, and the OCM Wellness Center, Sachse Construction has worked on 11 floors within the building. Each floor plate is approximately 62,500 square feet. In addition to building out expansive office floor plates, Sachse Construction began working on converting the former Hard Rock Cafe space at the end of 2021 to create a new location for Sugar Factory.
