Before the first swing of a hammer, important steps must be taken to ensure your project is set up for success.

Upon notice to proceed, we immediately begin work through a kickoff meeting. This ensures strong lines of communication are immediately established and maintained throughout the project’s life cycle. Here we can advise on scope, value management, and keeping the project’s budget on track from the start. During preconstruction, our goal is to be consistent with our costs as we move through each phase of the project. We focus on putting the correct contingencies in place such that the scope does not suffer and all elements are maximized for the client and end-user.

Next, the project team identifies all potential pain points in relation to constructability, budget, and schedule. Once every issue is discussed and resolved, we provide a preliminary conceptual budget based on our own historical data from similar projects.
