Multiple Store Buildouts

Tenant Improvements in 20/20

Sachse Construction has completed six tenant improvement renovation projects to date for Warby Parker in Vancouver, BC, Chicago, IL, Ann Arbor, MI, Detroit, MI, Troy, MI, and Columbus, OH. The projects range in size from 940 square-foot to 1,800 square-foot retail spaces. Additionally, we have one project currently ongoing in King of Prussia, PA, which is a new store build-out in the King of Prussia Mall.

The Sachse team works with Warby Parker to identify specific solutions for each location. On a recent project in Columbus, OH, the team was tasked with leveling 90-year-old uneven floors to allow for the installation of brand-new wood floors and millwork. Thorough property evaluation and meticulous coordination allowed the team to quickly remediate any issue that otherwise may have effected scheduling, resulting in defining new store features that capture the attention of shoppers and passersby alike.
