DISCREET DETAILS FOR A REFINED FINISH
TENANT IMPROVEMENTS TO A LUXURY RETAIL SPACE
Sachse Construction was hired to lead the relocation and improvement of a new Omega store at Beverly Center when a neighboring tenant decided to expand their space. The scope of work included tenant improvements of a 2,530-square-foot retail space in Los Angeles, CA. Due to the mall’s high-profile reputation, the area is typically crowded with heavy traffic. Between the congestion and the new space’s seventh-floor location, the team faced challenges transferring deliveries into the space. The team executed discreet details that are a nod to the luxury experience the store provides. HVAC and lighting fixtures were concealed in architectural alcoves to keep the space looking clean, custom, and professional. Similarly, disguised doors for employee-only access allow for unobtrusive movements between the sales area and back-of-house.
