LIGHT INDUSTRIAL LAB SPACE BUILDOUT

Sachse Construction performed tenant improvements to a 1,065-square-foot light industrial lab space in Ann Arbor, MI. The scope of work consisted of tenant improvements, demolition, and buildout of a new lab space within an existing building. The project team had to tie into the existing switchgear in the shared space. Because the building was occupied by multiple tenants, the team coordinated all potentially disruptive activities outside of traditional working hours so as not to interrupt the daily operations of the other building tenants.
