Sachse Construction completed a renovation in the Cohn Nursing Building at Wayne State University, delivering the first re-branded classrooms as part of the university’s larger modernization initiative. The project introduced several enhancements, including a state-of-the-art AV and Building Automation System and the installation of slat wall acoustic paneling to improve sound quality and classroom functionality. This renovation also marked the first classrooms in the building to feature exterior windows, introducing natural light into the learning environment for the first time and significantly improving the overall atmosphere for students and faculty.
