Our dedicated in-house Virtual Design & Construction team spearheads the utilization of VDC technologies, including BIM clash detection software, across various Sachse Construction projects. The incorporation of BIM allows the team to look ahead and pinpoint potential issues that could be costly to the schedule. Appropriate BIM coordination and an elevated level of detail from the project’s onset improves the team’s understanding from a visual perspective to minimize rework and increase efficiencies.

MODELING DURING PRECONSTRUCTION
As part of our preconstruction and construction services, Sachse Construction has the capability to assemble three-dimensional models. This allows the team to illustrate different phases of construction and understand the sequencing and scope that occurs therein. From there, the team can isolate specific elements of a project. This helps the project team provide clarity to trade partners or for architects to visualize the assembly of systems to ensure accuracy when it comes time for the construction phase.

SACHSE CONSTRUCTION APP
In an effort to further streamline internal processes, our in-house IT department developed the Sachse Construction app. This proprietary portal includes all pertinent team member information from 401(k) to timesheets and more. Aside from team member resources, the Sachse Construction app also allows team members to access all project processes and proprietary technology such as our project management software and team member training portal. This app, accessible via phone or computer, allows our team to efficiently obtain necessary information at any time and from any location.
