Since joining Sachse Construction in 2016, Miha Pusta has delivered exceptional experiences to both clients and team members, embodying our core values through her passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence.

As Retail Business Development Manager, Miha plays a crucial role in securing key projects and fostering long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. Her ability to connect with retailers, architects, and owners’ representatives has helped foster strategic partnerships with brands. In this role, she is responsible for developing account strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting Sachse Construction’s continued expansion in the national retail market.

Miha is an active member of CREW Detroit and currently serves on the annual golf outing committee. She also regularly attends networking events hosted by ICSC, SPECS, and Global Shop.

Outside of work, Miha enjoys spending time with her family, practicing Bikram Yoga, and staying active through volleyball and tennis. She lives in Troy, Michigan, with her daughter, Jolene, and proudly supports the Detroit Lions.
