Lizz serves as a Client Services Representative on Sachse Construction’s business development team, leveraging nearly two decades of expertise as an NCIDQ-certified designer to bridge the gap between design excellence and quality construction execution. Over her career, she has contributed to well over $690 million in total project value, leading design narratives rooted in human experience, sustainability, WELL standards, and trauma-informed design.
Lizz’s project experience spans a broad range of sectors including workplace, hospitality, healthcare, multifamily, residential, senior living, education, Department of Defense, and Federal.
Her notable work includes iconic Nashville entertainment venues like Blake Shelton’s ‘Ole Red’ and Alan Jackson’s Good Time Bar, corporate offices for Wells Fargo and Northern Trust Bank, and projects for high-wealth private financial institutions and notable public figures. She has also partnered on major educational developments, including Flint Community Schools’ $99M ESSERS program, landmark Michigan school bond initiatives, and university projects across the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, and Oakland University. Lizz crafts design narratives rooted in human experience — building lasting client relationships and empowering the teams around her. Her creativity and curiosity inspires spaces that are not only beautiful but purposeful.
A former Interiors Director at Stantec, Lizz earned a Bachelor’s of Fine Art in Interior Design from Kendall College of Art & Design and is actively involved with IIDA and CREW Detroit as a chair of the Outreach Committee.
