Art Eckert serves as Vice President of Business Development at Sachse Construction, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in construction and program management. Known for his strategic approach and deep industry expertise, Art has successfully led large-scale capital improvement programs totaling more than 3 million square feet and $250 million in value across healthcare, industrial, mixed-use, and corporate sectors.

Before joining Sachse, Art held key leadership roles including Principal at Plante Moran Realpoint, Vice President of Construction and Development at JB Donaldson Company, Project Executive at Beaumont Health, and Project Manager at Skanska US Building. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Michigan State University and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, where he has contributed to the local product council.
