This project required management of the complexities of luxury retail construction, including the coordination of high-specification Italian finishes and custom millwork.

The resulting space is a masterclass in contemporary minimalism. Sachse managed the installation of light, warm-toned interiors featuring a curated blend of high-end finishes and custom furniture. By prioritizing precision in every detail—from the seamless flooring to the integrated lighting that showcases Zegna’s iconic collection—Sachse facilitated seamless communication between the brand’s international design team and local trades.
