The Scott at Brush Park is one of the first mid-rise, mixed-use developments to come to the Woodward Avenue corridor in Midtown. The five-story community features 199 luxury units and approximately 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, supported by a private 300-space underground parking deck.
Sachse Construction served as the construction manager, with Neumann/Smith Architecture as the project architect. The Scott’s industrial design concept blends contemporary elements with the neighborhood’s historic character, creating an aesthetic that feels both modern and rooted in its surroundings.
Residents enjoy a range of thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor amenities. Almost every unit offers private outdoor space—cantilevered balconies, roof terraces, or individual decks—while shared community areas include outdoor gathering spaces and a second-floor pool terrace with a lounge area, spa, hot tub, and outdoor fireplaces.
