Sachse Construction was hired to build out state-of-the-art dental suites for TEND Dental in Washington, DC. The finished spaces featured high-quality equipment, high-end finishes, and comfortable design elements to ensure a consistently positive patient experience.

The team installed vacuums and compression lines throughout the building, often rerouting cores and lines from their original locations to support the extensive network of dental equipment required in each suite.

Located in the heart of downtown Washington, DC, the project site was surrounded by constant activity. Drawing on our deep experience working in dense urban environments, the team successfully navigated the tight logistics and coordinated a full construction schedule while maintaining safety for everyone on and around the site.
