Sachse Construction was proud to lead the build-out of Sunda New Asian, an award-winning New Asian concept by restaurateur and entrepreneur Billy Dec, bringing a high-energy dining experience to the heart of downtown Detroit. Located on the pedestrian-friendly Columbia Street, the 5,900-sf restaurant sits at the epicenter of the city’s entertainment district, flanked by the Fox Theatre, Little Caesars Arena, and Comerica Park.

The space was designed to reflect Sunda’s signature blend of modern aesthetics and cultural tradition, requiring meticulous attention to high-end finishes and complex structural modifications.
