Sachse Construction is providing construction management services for the ground-up development of a new Sheetz convenience store and fueling station at the intersection of 14 Mile Road and Coolidge Highway in Royal Oak, Michigan. The approximately 6,200-square-foot development includes a full-service convenience store with Sheetz’s drive-through, fueling facilities, and an adjacent El Car Wash. Sachse is coordinating all phases of construction to deliver a high-quality facility that supports Sheetz’s continued expansion throughout Southeast Michigan.
