Sachse Construction completed the buildout of the Children’s Hospital of Michigan Alex J. Etkin Specialty Center in Southfield, Michigan. The 10,000-square-foot facility houses a wide range of pediatric specialty services, including Allergy & Immunology, Diabetes, Endocrinology, ENT/Otolaryngology, Gastroenterology, Metabolic Clinic, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Sleep Studies, and Speech/Language Pathology and Audiology.

The project scope included comprehensive tenant improvements to accommodate the specific needs of each department. Work involved rebuilding interior offices, reconfiguring walls to meet program requirements, and installing new lighting fixtures throughout. Fresh paint and updated finishes were incorporated to create a welcoming, child-friendly environment that supports comfort and care for young patients and their families.
