Sachse Construction is the construction manager for Arbor South, a 2.4-million-square-foot mixed-use development in Ann Arbor, Michigan, delivered in partnership with Crawford Hoying. This 20-acre project features approximately 1,000 multifamily housing units, a premier hotel, and 76,000 square feet of commercial space. It also includes three parking garages with a total capacity of 2,500 vehicles, with construction progressing in two phases.
