Sachse Construction performed a selective demolition and renovation of the Amerisure Headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The project was completed in three phases.

Phase one involved tenant improvements to the third-floor office space and first-floor suite, including the buildout of a boardroom, CEO suite, open offices, new restrooms, and a common kitchen area.

Phase two was a tenant fit-out of the second floor, consisting of a lead suite, open offices, new restrooms, conference rooms, and a kitchenette. This phase was divided into three sub-phases to allow portions of the floor to be furnished while construction continued.

Phase three included the remaining first-floor improvements, such as new restrooms, open office areas, private offices, and a huddle space. During phases two and three, wall coverings were removed from the three-story atrium and lobby, and the areas were repainted.
