Sachse Construction oversaw the buildout of a white-box Starbucks location in Detroit, Michigan, including a new vestibule, exterior handrails, upgraded entryway, lighting, equipment, HVAC, and plumbing.

With no as-builts available, the team navigated several challenges—most notably unexpected drainpipes and an 18-inch concrete slab. Close collaboration with the architect and consistent communication with the client ensured issues were resolved quickly, allowing the team to deliver a polished, welcoming space for Detroiters and visitors to enjoy.
