Sachse Construction built the Stadium Club as part of the Detroit Athletic Club’s Experience Renovation project.

The work included interior tenant improvements throughout the historic building, as well as the addition of a new seventh-floor entertainment level. This expansion introduced the Stadium Club restaurant, the Last Word cigar lounge, a wraparound terrace with stone pavers, banquet space, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, and a full kitchen. The restaurant featured a bar, dedicated seating areas, and modern back-of-house facilities to enhance the overall dining experience.
