NOT YOUR AVERAGE URGENT CARE

When Nova Health sought to open a new 4,030-square-foot urgent care facility in Lebanon, Oregon, they hired Sachse Construction as their general contractor.

The facility featured high-end finishes and striking architectural details that set it apart from typical urgent care centers. The exterior included architectural stone along the façade and lush surrounding landscaping, while the interior incorporated luxury vinyl tile and other modern finishes to create a clean, welcoming atmosphere.

The project site posed logistical challenges, as it was confined between an active rail line and a major thoroughfare. To address security and access concerns, the Sachse Construction team coordinated a lift system for trades to receive and store materials on-site, with some trades choosing to enclose materials within fencing for added protection. Additionally, because Lebanon is a small town with limited local resources, many trade partners faced lengthy commutes. Careful planning and sequencing ensured construction progressed efficiently despite these constraints.

Through proactive coordination and detailed scheduling, Sachse Construction completed the project ahead of schedule, allowing Nova Health to open the facility sooner than anticipated.
