Sachse Construction has partnered with Comerica Bank on a wide range of projects across Southeastern Michigan, including new ground-up branches and both major and minor renovations to existing locations.

One notable project is the Southfield, Michigan, branch, which was built using Comerica Bank’s then-new design standards. This branch now serves as the flagship prototype for future Comerica Bank locations.
