Sachse Construction led a two-phase office renovation at an active industrial facility for Brose in New Boston, Michigan. Phase one involved a 40,000-square-foot renovation of offices, conference rooms, and locker rooms. Phase two focused on a 15,500-square-foot renovation of the cafeteria.

A key challenge was coordinating construction within the fully operational manufacturing environment. To ensure clear communication and minimize disruptions, the project team held weekly coordination meetings to update all stakeholders on construction progress and identify areas that would be impacted by upcoming work.
