Sachse Construction conducted the construction of a state-of-the-art theater for the Jewish Community Center (JCC) in West Bloomfield, Michigan. The project consisted of additions and ground-up construction of a brand-new entrance totaling approximately 18,000 square feet and costing approximately $6,000,000.

The project team faced the challenge of seamlessly incorporating the new theater space with the existing facility, both aesthetically and technically.

Sachse Construction solved this problem by relocating the existing gas service for the entire JCC facility and installing a new MEP system for the theater, integrating it with the existing MEP system. The project team also successfully relocated the current water service that serves the JCC.

The project team completed this job with fantastic community reception. Sachse Construction is proud to help service the community through this project and strives to serve the community through future projects.
