Sachse Construction has established a sophisticated partnership with Balenciaga, delivering high-end retail environments that reflect the brand’s avant-garde aesthetic. Our portfolio includes the successful execution of multiple locations, notably the Houston Galleria and the Somerset Collection.

Our first collaboration with Balenciaga was their storefront at the Houston Galleria. This 3,436-square-foot luxury space marked the inaugural collaboration between Sachse Construction and Balenciaga. As one of only 15 Balenciaga locations in the U.S. at the time of completion, the project demanded rigorous attention to detail and seamless international coordination.

Our second collaboration with the luxury retailer was at the renowded Somerset Collection in Troy, Michigan. We are looking forward to more beautiful build outs with the brand.
