Sachse Construction completed multiple buildouts for The Escape Game, America’s #1 escape room brand known for transforming traditional escape rooms into immersive, movie-set-style experiences. The projects ranged in size from 1,000 to 8,000 square feet and typically included constructing façades, lobby areas, and the core infrastructure for a variety of interactive game environments.
Each buildout required significant technical coordination, including miles of wiring, cabling, and specialty equipment to ensure the games functioned seamlessly throughout the 60-minute experience. Because every Escape Game location features multiple storylines with unique sets, props, and mechanical elements, the work demanded meticulous attention to detail and precision in execution.
Across the portfolio, the Sachse Construction team encountered—and successfully solved—a number of complex infrastructure challenges. Examples included relocating major building systems to create adequate ceiling height, trenching into bedrock to establish proper plumbing tie-ins, and coordinating extensive drawing and electrical plan revisions. In each case, the team developed creative, schedule-driven solutions to keep the projects on track.
Despite the complexity and intensity of the work, all Escape Game locations assigned to Sachse Construction were completed on time, delivering immersive spaces that matched the brand’s high standards for experience and quality.
