Oscar Notz serves as Vice President of Retail Operations at Sachse Construction. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Oscar leads operational strategy, project execution, and team development for the company’s growing national retail division.
Prior to joining Sachse, Oscar was the Special Projects Division Manager for Turner Construction’s Michigan Business Unit, where he oversaw complex, schedule-driven projects for high-profile clients including the Downtown Detroit Partnership, Verizon, Chase Bank, Siemens, Deloitte, Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers, DTE, Henry Ford Health, Oakland University, and Olympia Development, among many others. His approach is rooted in expert guidance, open communication, and a commitment to partnership, earning him a strong reputation for delivering high-performance outcomes across the construction industry.
Oscar holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management (CEM) from the University of Michigan and is known for building results-driven teams that thrive under pressure. His leadership strengthens Sachse’s retail platform and reinforces the company’s mission to deliver excellence in service and execution across the nation.
