The Residences at 2665 Brush is an integral part of City Modern, the transformative redevelopment revitalizing Detroit’s historic Brush Park neighborhood. Positioned within the walkable master-planned district, the building contributes to City Modern’s vision of blending contemporary architecture with the neighborhood’s historic foundations.

This four-story mixed-use residence includes 40 thoughtfully designed apartment homes featuring modern layouts, quality finishes, and large windows that maximize natural light. At street level, 4,212 square feet of retail space activates Brush Street, providing opportunities for neighborhood-serving businesses and reinforcing the pedestrian-friendly character of the district.

As one of several new buildings that collectively add more than 400 new residences to Brush Park, 2665 Brush plays a meaningful role in strengthening density, supporting local commerce, and fostering community connection.
