Sachse Construction partnered with CAVA to complete three restaurant locations, each with its own project scope and challenges. The work included full kitchen fit-outs, installation of all kitchen equipment, and precise coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

The Detroit location required special attention due to its placement in a historic district, while the Novi location was a ground-up build that faced weather-related challenges common in the Midwest. In Burlington, the team achieved a notable milestone—delivering the project so efficiently that CAVA received its Certificate of Occupancy before the punch walk, a first in the brand’s history.
