Sachse Construction was tasked with renovating the fifth floor of The Federal Reserve Building for Varnum Law, completing both tenant improvements and landlord work. The project presented challenges due to imported materials—most notably custom German wall systems with extended lead times. To stay ahead of potential delays, the team proactively coordinated with vendors and closely managed the schedule, prioritizing seamless communication. Despite the complexities, Sachse delivered the project on time and received exceptional feedback from the client.
