A confidential Midwest foundation, committed to its founder’s philanthropic legacy, selected Sachse Construction to build its new 35,000-square-foot corporate headquarters. 

This ground-up project showcases high-end finishes and complex construction, incorporating sustainable design practices such as a geothermal HVAC system, louvered precast rain screens, sawtooth skylights, and a green roof garden plaza. The new headquarters also includes two kitchens and a variety of other sophisticated design elements that reflect the foundation’s vision and long-term mission.
