As Senior Vice President, Jeremy Gershonowicz oversees Sachse Construction’s national retail and food service division. His responsibilities include managing all functions of the division, including estimating, procurement, operations, program management, and tenant coordination. Over the course of his career, Jeremy has overseen the construction of millions of square feet in the following key sectors: retail, multifamily, healthcare, office, and hospitality.

Jeremy joined Sachse Construction in 2011, where he was quickly promoted to Director of Retail Estimating and helped grow the retail estimating department from five to 15 team members. Jeremy joined
Sachse’s leadership team as Vice President of Retail Estimating in 2015, and became Vice President, Director of Retail in 2017.

Today, the retail division operates with over 70 team members who complete more than 150 projects a year. Jeremy attributes Sachse’s success to having strong processes and people in place that deliver a
unique and exceptional customer experience.
