Woodborn Partners hired Sachse Construction to deliver The Brooke on Bagley, a four-story, ground-up wood-frame multifamily development in Detroit’s Hubbard Richard neighborhood near Michigan Central Station. The 59,000-square-foot project included 38 studios, 37 one-bedroom units, 3 two-bedroom units, and 2,105 square feet of retail space, creating a vibrant mixed-use addition to the community.

Throughout the project, Sachse Construction collaborated closely with Woodborn Partners to bring their vision to life, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and seamless coordination across all phases of construction. The Brooke was completed in the spring of 2024 and welcomed its first residents shortly thereafter.
