Sachse Construction performed tenant improvements to a 1,065-square-foot light industrial lab space in Ann Arbor, Michigan, for Arbor Bioscience. The scope of work included tenant improvements, demolition, and the buildout of a new lab space within an existing building. The project team had to tie into the existing switchgear in the shared space. Because multiple tenants occupied the building, the team coordinated all potentially disruptive activities outside traditional working hours to avoid interrupting the daily operations of the other tenants.
