HIGH-END RETAILER NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BRAND NEW MIXED-USE BUILDING IN DOWNTOWN BIRMINGHAM
Sachse Construction is currently working on the ground-up construction of a new 67,000 sf RH Gallery on a tight site in downtown Birmingham, Michigan. The project includes removal of two existing buildings, landscape/streetscape, construction of a one level of below-grade parking, three levels of high-end furniture showroom space, a rooftop restaurant and terrace.
Construction for the new space is expected to be completed in the winter of 2025.
