Woodborn Partners hired Sachse Construction to complete the 4-story ground-up, woodframe construction of a new multifamily development in the Hubbard Richard neighborhood of Detroit. The project is estimated to be over 57,000 square feet and comprised of 38 studios, 37 one-bedroom units, 3 two-bedroom units, and 2,105 GSF of retail
space.

The project will be completed in 2024.
