STATE-OF-THE-ART DENTAL SUITES
Sachse Construction was hired to build out state-of-the-art dental suites for TEND Dental in Washington, DC. The finished spaces would include the highest quality equipment, high-end finishes, and comfortable features to ensure a consistently positive customer service experience.
The team installed vacuums and compression lines throughout the building.. In many instances, cores or lines had to be re-routed from their original location to accommodate the vast network of dental equipment being used throughout the space.
The project site is surrounded by the hustle and bustle of downtown Washington, DC. Luckily, the team has a robust portfolio of project work in overcrowded downtown settings and was able to easily navigate through a packed schedule of construction activities while keeping everyone on and around the site safe.
Thefinished space exudes an inviting presence with approachable and cozy finishes such as concrete sinks and custom wall coverings. The client was thrilled to see their vision come to life.
