White Box Buildout

Cultivating Coffee Culture in Detroit

Sachse Construction managed the buildout of a white box for Starbucks in Detroit, Michigan. The space included a new vestibule, exterior handrails, entryway, lighting, equipment, HVAC, and plumbing.

Because there were no as-builts, the team had to overcome multiple challenges, including drainpipes and 18-inch concrete. The project team worked closely with the architect. They remained in constant communication with the client to overcomes these challenges and deliver a beautiful completed space for Detroiters and visitors alike to enjoy a cup of coffee and conversations.
