Restaurant Buildout
Sachse Construction built the Stadium Club as part of the Detroit Athletic Club Experience Renovation project.
The project included interior tenant improvements to the historic building as well as the addition of a 7th-floor entertainment space, including the Stadium Club restaurant, Last Word cigar lounge, wraparound terrace with stone pavers, banquet space, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, and kitchen. The restaurant includes a bar, seating area, and a full kitchen.
