Sachse Construction was the construction manager for the renovation of the basement of the Chrysler House building in Pophouse's new office space. The space features several unique high-end finishes installed strategically to provide a functional and inspiring workplace for the interior design firm. Finishes include wood paneling and specialized casework for community workspace seating. The new office space also features an extensive lighting package.

A unique facet of the construction was blending old and new elements, including several restored bank vaults re-purposed into conference rooms and restored original flooring.
