NOT YOUR AVERAGE URGENT CARE
BUILDING A PRISTINE FACILITY FOR PATIENTS
When Nova Health sought to open a new urgent care location in Lebanon, OR, they brought on Sachse Construction as their general contractor. The Sachse Construction project team set out to begin construction on the ground-up, 4,030-square-foot facility.
The facility is outfitted with top-of-the-line finishes and stunning architecture making it stand out among typical urgent cares. Outside, architectural stone covers the building’s façade and is surrounded by lush landscaping. Inside, luxury vinyl tile and give the space a fresh, clean, and welcoming atmosphere.
The project site was set in a tricky location, confined between an existing rail system and a main thoroughfare. Since this is a cause for site security concerns, the Sachse Construction team coordinated a lift for trades to receive and store materials onsite. Some trades elected to enclose materials in fencing as an additional layer of security. On top of that, the small town of Lebanon didn’t have as plentiful of resources as a larger town would, so all participating trades had a lengthy commute. The Sachse Construction team planned every moment of construction, ensuring the project would push forth in a timely manner, even with these potentially disruptive factors in play. Much to the client’s delight, Sachse Construction completed the project ahead of schedule, allowing the facility to open sooner than expected.
