Sachse Construction has completed two ground-up construction projects for The Goddard Schools located in Novi and Canton, Michigan. The project consisted of working with the governing authorities in both Novi and Canton to obtain the proper permits. Wood-framed construction was used to develop the preschool classrooms, multipurpose rooms, kitchen space, bathrooms, and landscape with a playground. The project team utilized value management to meet the client’s budget and deliver a state-of-the-art preschool facility.

Sachse Construction was able to successfully meet the client’s needs and deliver preschool facilities that aid in the development of children and help prepare them for success in school and life.
