Sachse Construction has built a trusted relationship with Fresenius Medical Care. Our team has successfully handled various types of projects, including fit-outs of new spaces and renovations of occupied buildings throughout southeastern Michigan.

Sachse worked closely with the team at Fresenius on a major renovation to their Canton, Michigan location. Maintaining a clean work area and limiting disruptions to occupied buildings were two of the main challenges the project team faced. Given the facilities’ locations in existing medical office buildings, it was crucial to maintain dust control and air quality. The team was also responsible for meeting the State of Michigan’s strict requirements, which allowed Fresenius to conduct regular office operations and treatments.
