Sachse Construction led a two-phase office renovation at an operating industrial facility for Brose in New Boston, MI. Phase one of the project included a 40,000 square foot renovation of offices, conference rooms, and locker rooms. Phase two included a 15,500 square foot renovation of a cafeteria.

The project team’s biggest challenge was coordinating with the fully operational manufacturing facility. The team led weekly coordination meetings that updated all stakeholders on the progression of construction activities and areas that would be affected by work.
