Success in San Juan
American Cut pays homage to the original and aspirational New York dining experience: the steakhouse. After the success of its Tribeca location, LDV Hospitality decided to open its second American Cut location in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Sachse Construction was hired to lead the construction of the 8,000 square foot restaurant which features a 200-seat dining room.
The project scope included: demolition, rough carpentry, millwork/finish carpentry, drywall/framing, tiling, and installation of heavy gauge ceiling systems, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical/lighting.
