Myra Ebarb


Myra Ebarb is the Vice President of People, Perks & Empowerment for Sachse Construction and Broder & Sachse Real Estate. Her responsibilities include overseeing all functions of human resources, including team member relations, performance management, training, talent acquisition, benefits/wellness, business process, and diversity/equity & inclusion.
Myra has been in human resources and finance for over 20 years, having served as the Finance/Human Resources Director at the Boys & Girls Clubs, Finance Director for the Children’s Center of Wayne County, and the District Finance and Human Resources Manager for Edy’s Grand Ice Cream. She currently serves as Treasure for NAMI Detroit, and Crisis to Connection committee member with The Children’s Center.
Myra earned her BA from the University of Arizona, and her MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy. She is also SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified
