Lou Goldhaber


As Chief of Staff, Lou Goldhaber serves our enterprise of companies as an in-house adviser to help ideate, develop, create, and execute key initiatives and projects throughout our five companies. Lou provides strategic oversight and supports all entity stakeholders in the development of processes and plans which continuously raise the bar for not only The Enterprise but also the real estate and construction industries. Additionally, Lou is responsible for identifying existing processes in need of improvement and providing comprehensive solutions for enhancement. Lou provides leadership, guidance, and the resources necessary to ensure cross-functional teams and managers are supported in their endeavors throughout the five companies.
Lou Goldhaber joined The Enterprise in 2013 as the first Special Projects Leader with responsibilities including owner’s representation, project management, and client service. In this role, Lou successfully oversaw the development of many Detroit projects including The Albert – Capitol Park, a 127-unit mixed-use historical redevelopment, and The Scott at Brush Park, a 350,000 square foot 199-unit ground up development. Lou currently sits on the board of directors for The Woodward Society, a real estate organization focused on real estate development in Detroit as well as Hillel of Metro Detroit.
Lou resides in Franklin with his wife Amye, their son Ray, and daughter Stevie Jane. Having been born and raised in Pittsburgh, Lou is a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
