Jeremy Gershonowicz

Vice President, Director of Retail Construction

As Vice President, Director of Retail Construction, Jeremy Gershonowicz leads the day-to-day operations of Sachse Construction’s retail and food service division. His responsibilities include managing all functions of the division, including estimating, procurement, operations, program management, and tenant coordination. Throughout his career, Jeremy has overseen the construction of millions of square feet in the following key sectors: retail and food service, multi-family, healthcare, office, and hospitality.

Jeremy graduated from Michigan State University’s prestigious construction management program with honors in 2004. Following graduation, Jeremy worked as a project manager for one of ENR’s top 10 largest general contractors, where he mastered all facets of the construction management process. Jeremy joined Sachse Construction in 2011, where he was quickly promoted to Director of Retail Estimating and helped grow the retail estimating department from five to 15 team members. Jeremy joined Sachse Construction’s leadership team as Vice President of Retail Estimating in 2015 and became Vice President, Director of Retail Construction in 2017.

Today, the retail and food service division operates with over 70 team members who complete more than 120 projects a year. Jeremy attributes Sachse’s success to having strong processes and people in place that deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience.

Jeremy Gershonowicz currently resides in Huntington Woods with his wife and two children, Grant and Gina. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and skiing.
