DeAndre Donald
DeAndre Donald joined Sachse Construction’s business development team in the summer of 2021. In his role, he forges and cultivates relationships with iconic retail brands across all 50 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico. He brings extensive knowledge to Sachse Construction through his background in business development and tenant coordination. He has previously worked in retail leasing, real estate, and property management.
Throughout his previous positions, DeAndre Donald led negotiations for all portfolio deals as well as facilitated various trainings. He has worked with brands such as Lovesac, Victoria’s Secret, H&M, Legoland, LensCrafters, Bath & Body Works, Windsor, Ross Stores, and Swarovski. His varied experience provides him with a unique skillset that allows him to excel as he helps current and prospective clients build-out or remodel their existing retail spaces.
After living in New York City and Washington, D.C. throughout the last decade, DeAndre currently resides in Midtown, a nice hop, skip or jump away from our Downtown Detroit headquarters. His favorite thing to do in his new city is sailing on the weekends, playing tennis in Palmer Park, and visiting family and friends often, who are now much closer since his return home to Michigan.
